There's one thing that's always bugged me when I'm on the treadmill. I want to speed up or slow down, but I have to reach down and use the control on the panel. I'm one of those guys that needs to get going for a while before I let go of the hand grips and start running for real. Only then I end up focusing on the buttons instead of the run, and that's when disaster almost hits and I start stumbling everywhere and almost fall over. I kept hoping I could find a treadmill that didn't have that, where the controls were easier to use while you use it.
Then I find the Trail Rider on the XTERRA site. It has speed and angle control buttons right on the handlebars. I can slowly move the speed up and jack up the incline and I never have to actually let go of anything. I'm running more stable and comfortable, and I don't need to worry about falling over and smacking my head on the deck.
