I had a few issues with setup and had to contact customer support. They helped me through everything and the elliptical is up and running now. Works fine. But I'm knocking down stars because the start up wasn't as smooth or easy as I was expecting. Wish it was just ready to go when it arrived.

I didn't want to spend all of my money on a machine so I went with this one because I like the price and the reviews seemed relatively good. It is very sturdy. The console itself is pretty simple, but for less than $500 I am happy.

This is a solid and good elliptical that is easy to use. It doesn't have some off the bells and whistles like other ellipticals, but I wanted something that my technologically challenged brain could handle. I just get on, press a button and get going. It's solid, quiet and has worked great. A little complicated to put together. Would recommend to friends.

Very good purchase for the price if you just want to get your workout done! It doesn't take up a lot of room. Only took me about an hour to set it up.
Quiet enough that I can use it and watch TV. The built in programs are pretty effective. The power power cord is about 6 feet long, I needed to use an extension cord for it but works great all around.
