XTERRA Fitness Shipping

HOLIDAY SHIPPING UPDATE: If you want your order to arrive in time for Christmas, please place your order by December 10, 2020. This will give us enough time to process and ship your order to arrive in time for the holiday.

XTERRA Fitness ships products to the 48 contiguous US states only.

Our goal is to ship all orders within 3 business, however with the current increase in demand, we are experiencing delays up to 7 business days. 

A majority of our products are shipped FedEx Ground and do not require you to be home for delivery. See Special Shipping & Handling below for exceptions. Once we process and ship your order, you will receive a shipment notification with a tracking number.  


SPECIAL SHIPPING & HANDLING FOR THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS:
Treadmills: TR300, TRX2500, TRX3500, TRX4500, TR6.4, TR6.6
Bikes: SB500 Recumbent

The products listed above are shipped through a freight carrier and will require a customer signature upon delivery. Delivery includes appointment with an 8 hour window. Delivered curbside with a lift-gate. Expected arrival: 1-2 weeks. The shipping company will call before attempting to deliver your machine. A total of three attempts will be made to contact you. After three attempts have been made the shipping company will make arrangements to return your machine to our warehouse. Return shipping and a 20% restocking fee may apply. If you request a reconsignment to have your machine delivered to a different address than originally specified on the order a $100 reconsignment charge will apply.
