We process orders quickly, with most shipping out within 3–5 business days. As soon as your order is on the move, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way.

A Delivery Experience Designed for Your Equipment

Basic delivery is included with your purchase.

Smaller items ship via standard carriers and are typically left safely at your doorstep. For larger, heavier equipment, we partner with professional freight carriers who specialize in handling fitness machines with care.

You’ll be contacted ahead of delivery to schedule a convenient 4 or 8 hour delivery window. While a signature may occasionally be requested, we simply recommend having someone available to receive the order.

Your equipment will be delivered to your curb or driveway, carefully lowered from the truck and ready for its next step into your home.
