As a result, it’s a great time to celebrate men's health and talk about ways men can take control of their health.

Sleep plays a significant role in mood regulation, cognitive function, and overall body functions. Lack of sleep or poor quality sleep can increase the risk of depression, anxiety, obesity, and heart disease in men. Therefore, men should aim to get at least seven to eight hours of high-quality sleep every night.
